How to embed your Artful Agenda planner in ClickUp or Notion 4 super simple steps! The answer was a resounding yes! It couldn’t be easier AND here’s how. I wondered, could I embed my beautiful A|A calendar in ClickUp or Notion? Kind of by accident, I was looking around to fix an issue I was having with Google Calendar and remembered my Artful Agenda planner which I haven’t been using at all since I found ClickUp or Notion. (Side note: where TF did that embed design even come from?! Have they not updated it in 25 years?)Īnd I’ve also used Google Calendar within ClickUp, which is very easy to set up & feels seamless to use.

I embedded the Indify Notion widget to get my Calendar on the page and it works really well –it’s WAY better than the late-1990s embed version Google gives you from their own share menu, which looks nothing like their normal user interface.

That’s why you shouldn’t have to go back to Google Calendar every time you want to update a project in Notion. Time is a scarce resource, and saving even the slightest bit of it can make a big difference.

With your Google Calendar widget now integrated, you should see the changes you make on your Google Calendar dashboard mirrored in Notion.

You should now see a calendar widget in your Notion if you want to change its size, click and drag the edges to adjust them to your preferred size.

Select “Create embed” from the menu that pops up on the side.

Paste in the link you copied from your Indify account.

Click on the placeholder that says, “Type ‘/’ for commands.”.

Now that you have an access link to your Google Calendar widget, it’s time to embed it into Notion.

Copy the link in the bottom left corner of the screen.

You should now see a preview of your Google Calendar.

Press the “Select Calendar” dropdown menu to choose the calendar you want to integrate with Notion.

On the left-hand side of the window, click the “Sign in with Google” button and authorize Indify to access your Google Calendar.

Under “Explore Widgets,” choose “Google Calendar.”.

Go to and create an account or sign in to an existing one using your Google account.
